The Dell Diagnostics software said that my hard drive was bad, and wouldn't even boot to Windows. I had a full back up of my data on an external hard drive but it was several months old and I had many more family pictures, songs and movies of my dogs before they had died. I was heartbroken.

Nick was able to take the hard drive out of my Dell laptop and copy ALL of the data to an external hard drive, format my drive and reinstall a clean copy of Windows 7 and put all of my data back in place. He charged me a very reasonable price too. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and more.

He also fixed up my wife's Dell laptop too--again, very reasonable price and same good service.

I'm buying my next computer from Nick. He doesn't know it, but I'm his happiest customer.
