Express Services Truck Repair LLC at 5640 Glenn Highway, Cambridge, Ohio.

whatever happens do not call this place for services. Totally un-reputable and dishonest. On 5/4/17 my truck blew a turbo and after searching on truckdown this was the closest place to have my truck towed to. Spoke with ed on the phone before deciding to use their shop for repair in which he said that they should have a turbo put on before 5 o'clock today. After having my truck towed to the shop by another tow company and arriving at the shop, The mechanic started to take off the turbo. Ed then walks out and says he cannot get another turbo until the next day at noon. After asking the mechanic 2 hook up my Drivelive so I could pull out of the shop and sleep in my truck overnight because I had a hazmat load that I could not leave unattended . Ed said that they would hook anything back up and that and they would push me out of the garage. After instancing (ed) the shop owner said that they would not be fixing my truck and for me to call someone else out to get the truck the property and if they were
not there in a half an hour that he would charge me storage fees. He and the mechanic then proceeded to push the truck out of the garage with the driveshaft dragging on the ground and the unassembled parts the mechanic had removed from the engine compartment laying on the garage floor,I had already hired another tow company to tow me to this shop which in the end wind up costing me 475.00 because I had to call them back out to hook up my Drivelive and airlines so I could move the truck. This place is totally unprofessional, rude and uncaring to their customers. They even tried to have the tow company bill them for the tow so that they could markup the tow charges and charge me more for the tow to make money off a tow that they did not even do. Total shysters.To all drivers pass the word about express services located on route 40 off of i-70 in Cambridge OH. This is the first real review of this business. all of the other reviews were left by the owner ed and his family members. do not say I didn't warn you about this place. The 1 star is only given to register my post and the business does not even deserve that.
Thanks to pine tree towing for coming back out and helping me out of a jam on 5-4-17. If anyone need a tow call them instead.
